职责： RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Lead and monitor the solving of the internal/external quality issue through SIR and CQAR system.
2.Establish and update Work Instructions/Procedures/Forms etc which needs to be authorized by Quality Assurance Department.
3.Create monthly scrap report as well as push related functional area to take effective action for high scrap ratio.
4.Join internal quality system improvement driven by other functional areas.
5.Participate in reviewing PPAP documents.
6.Regular audit shop floor, plan and lead internal ISO audit, ensure the responsible area to take corrective action timely based on the audit result.
7.Ensure quality records and documents in Quality Assurance Department to be filed properly.
8.Provide quality tool training for other functional area.
要求： QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor degree,major in Mechanical Engineering or close.
2.3+ years working experience of quality control in manufacturing industry.
3.Very good knowledge and experience of ISO9001:2000;qualified ISO internal auditor is preferred.
4.Very good knowledge and experience of FMEA,Control Plan,GRR,CP/CPk and PPAP.
5.Familiar with statistics tool using for quality control like SPC and TAC as well as inspection method like sampling inspection.
6.Good experience of problem solving tool 8D and capable of leading a team to solve quality problem.
7.Excellent team work and communication skill,easy to work with.
8.Good written and spoken English.
9.Familiar with Word,Excel and Power point application.
